Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your tea ware or tea accessory must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, protective materials, and any included accessories. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Our tea wares are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Since ceramic and porcelain products are fragile, please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your teapot, gaiwan, tea cup, or any other item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to provide a refund whenever appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
Used tea wares or tea accessories
Customized or personalized products
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Products that have been damaged due to improper handling after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Fragile Products
Many of our products are handcrafted ceramic, porcelain, or Yixing clay tea wares. Minor variations in color, texture, glaze, shape, or handmade details are natural characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend requesting a return for the original product and placing a new order after your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must remain unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
